| Position Title: Mental Health Therapist
Responsibilities: Initial mental health assessment and documentation. Strengths-based service planning and intervention. Linkage and brokering of services within the community. Mental health crisis assessment and intervention. Mental health consultation to interagency teams and schools.
Qualifications: Prefer Master’s degree in mental health field, two years experience in community mental health and
eligibility for Colorado licensure

The central office is located in Canon City with a satellite office in Westcliffe. An outpatient office in Salida with outreach to Buena Vista serves Chaffee County. An outpatient office in Leadville serves Lake County. West Central is a small, family friendly organization dedicated to serving the community and addressing mental health issues.
